Cancellation Policy

• Any form of amendment must be done fifteen (15) days before arrival to avoid charges. In case of late cancellations and no-shows, 100% of the total room cost for the entire stay will be charged. For washdowns and early departures, the total room cost of the remaining or unused nights will be charged against the advance payment made.
• Cancellation and refunds are not allowed beyond fifteen (15) days before the arrival date. In case of force majeure, rebooking shall be allowed.
• Unused nights for shortened stays are non-refundable.

Force Majeure Applies

• The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, damage or destruction of the Resort, outbreaks of disease or epidemics in the country where the Resort is located, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar cause or threat thereof beyond the reasonable control of the parties, making it illegal, or impossible to perform to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. For any of the above reasons, this Agreement may, without liability on the parties, be terminated by written notice of No less than Three (3) days from one party to the other or be revised at the absolute discretion of the Resort by written notice to the Organizer. In the event of force majeure, the Organizer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, and without liability to the parties. The Organizer shall have the right to replace the Resort with a new Resort, if the Resort is damaged or in need of repairs due to force majeure.

Payment

Payment should be made 48 hours before the reservation to confirm your booking. Failure to comply with the given deadline will result in the release of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total charges shall be made to confirm the reservations.

Payment receipt should be forwarded to ranchobernardo.reservations@gmail.com for confirmation and verification purposes.

 

Check-In Policy

The room is available from 2:00 PM.

Early check-in requests are subject to approval and availability, with an applicable early check-in fee.

 

Check-Out Policy

Suites or Villas should be vacated by 12:00 PM, rooms may be extended until [2:00 PM with an applicable late check-out fee], subject to availability.

 

Child Policy

• Kids under the age of 9 (maximum 2) can share beds with parents free of charge, Above age of 10 is chargeable (Php3,000 per night).
• Food and Beverage:
  • 6 yrs Old Below – FOC
  • 6-11yrs – half of Charge
  • 11 above consider as adult (Full rate)

Specific Requests

If you have specific requests to help facilitate your stay (for example, assistance for a person with disabilities or allergies), please do not hesitate to contact the hotel directly for more information. If, as part of your reservation, you made requests that are listed as non-guaranteed, these are subject to availability at the hotel. The teams will do their utmost to fulfill these requests.

 

Sales Conditions

The price indicated is per accommodation for the number of persons and dates selected in advance unless otherwise specified (fixed price). However, additional taxes may apply and be payable on arrival at the hotel, depending on local regulations.

Only the local currency of the country is guaranteed. Any amount specified in a currency other than the local currency is for informational and non-contractual purposes.

 

Taxes

The total amount of your reservation includes all the government and hotel taxes.

 

Outside Food

Outside food is not allowed in the resort unless prior approval from the resort is provided with an applicable [corkage fee] depending on the item brought inside the resort. The food waiver liability form must be signed upon check-in at the resort.

 

Pet Policy

We regret that we cannot welcome pets on our property at the moment due to ongoing developments within the resort and the unavailability of proper facilities and services suited for your pets. We will inform you once we are ready to accommodate them so you can have the best experience at Rancho Bernardo Luxury Villas and Resort. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Parking

All registered guests are entitled to free parking space.

 

Data Privacy

We at POWAY CORPORATION (doing business as Rancho Bernardo Luxury Villas and Resort) value your trust and confidence and wish to inform you how we process the personal information you share with us under the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other issuances of the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”).

Because of your transaction with POWAY CORPORATION (doing business as Rancho Bernardo Luxury Villas and Resort), we have collected basic information including your name, residence, and contact details, as well as those of your spouses and/or dependents, and sensitive personal information, such as your age, civil status, government registration details, financial information, credit history, and tax returns, among others (“Personal Information”).
